Clause 6)
Clause 6 is where the standard turns context and leadership into things people can actually do, and our team helps you build a planning rhythm that converts intent into risk management and improvement targets. Under sub clause 6.1.1 you determine your risks and opportunities, including the health and safety ones, drawing on the issues from clause 4.1 and the requirements from clause 4.2. Under 6.1.2 hazard identification and the assessment of health and safety risks and opportunities become an ongoing habit rather than a one off study. Under 6.1.3 you work out your legal and other requirements and keep them current. Under 6.1.4 you plan the actions that address those risks, opportunities and legal duties and that ready you for emergencies. Under 6.2 you set health and safety objectives at the functions and levels where they belong and lay out how you will reach them. We make sure the plan reflects how your plant really runs rather than an idealised version of it.

Per Cl.6.2.2, plan what / who / when / resources / how evaluated, integrate with Cl.9.3 management review.
