The programmes span process safety, functional safety and hazard studies through asset integrity, EHS, fire, emergency response, sustainability and leadership, so the competence behind your operations grows from within your own team rather than being permanently bought in.

We work to the CCPS Process Safety Competency Model with TÜV Rheinland and exida CFSE and CFSP for functional safety, NEBOSH IGC and IDIP with IIRSM for occupational safety, the NFPA 470 hazmat competency standard, and Kirkpatrick four level evaluation to measure effectiveness. For India we also align to the OISD training framework.

We build site specific case studies from your own P&IDs, HAZOP records and incident archive rather than reaching for generic decks, and our trainers actively practise so the material is current rather than a decade old. Delivery combines instructor led classrooms, on site workshops, simulator based drills and blended e learning, with embedded coaching that turns training into sustained operating discipline.

You receive workforce competency mapped against role requirements with a clear assurance trail, formal certification through TÜV, exida, NEBOSH and NFPA where it applies, drill validated emergency response capability, measurable behavioural change through improved near miss reporting, and long term capability sustainment through refresher and CPD cycles.

We train teams in refining, chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and API, LNG, cryogenic and hydrogen, power, fertilizer and mining, defence, aerospace and nuclear, and regulator, district authority and public sector cohorts. Delivery is available in multiple languages and calibrated to multiple jurisdictions.
