OSHA PSM 1910.119(n)
OSHA PSM 1910.119(n) is the emergency response element of the standard. It requires an emergency action plan that meets 29 CFR 1910.38, and for any facility that could experience a significant release of highly hazardous chemicals it requires a HAZWOPER emergency response plan that meets 29 CFR 1910.120(q). Our team builds a response capability that spans the full range, from small releases that your people can safely handle without evacuating right through to the credible worst case that demands a full HAZWOPER response.
