Process Knowledge Management is the living dossier of everything your site needs to know about its process in order to run it safely. It runs from chemical hazards, reaction kinetics and equipment ratings through to your P&IDs, electrical area classification, relief device sizing, control logic and operating envelopes. It maps element for element onto the Process Safety Information requirements of OSHA PSM 1910.119(d). The failures are predictable and our team sees them often. We compile equipment datasheets, materials of construction, maximum allowable working pressure, maximum allowable operating pressure and relief device sizing to API 520, 521 and 2000, and align them with the mechanical integrity register.
