Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to PHAx licences bought from Arborion Global Private Limited, 4th Floor, Hiranandani Circle, Hiranandani Business Park, Chitalsar Manpada, Ghodbunder Road, Thane 400607, Maharashtra, India (Arborion Global, we, us).

1. Cancelling a licence

You can cancel an annual PHAx licence at any time. E-mail support@arborionglobal.com with the order reference (ORD-…) or the licence number (LIC-…).

On cancellation, the licence ends and all of its computer activations are deactivated.

2. How much is refunded

The refund is worked out pro rata for the unused part of the licence term:

refund = amount actually paid (including GST) × unused days of the licence term ÷ total days of the term

• The unused days are counted from the date we receive your cancellation request.
• A purchase made with a discount or promotional code is refunded on the amount actually paid, not on the full price.
• GST is adjusted in line with the refund, and we issue a credit note for it.

3. Free trials

A free trial involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged for a payment that was a duplicate or that failed, the amount charged is refunded in full. E-mail support@arborionglobal.com with the order reference or the Razorpay payment ID.

5. How and when refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Razorpay.
• We start the refund within 5 working days of confirming the cancellation.
• How long the money then takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 7 working days after the refund is started.
